Estée Lauder Companies has been an innovator and pioneer in the beauty industry for decades. To maintain their leadership, they sought to ignite their flagship stores worldwide with new technology that would elevate retail entertainment and highlight each brand’s hero products.

Our team was asked to create an exclusive in-store experience that could drive traffic and strengthen customer relationships. The solution was Print & Play: a custom printing kiosk that enabled shoppers to instantly personalize cosmetic packaging with their own designs, transforming everyday purchases into unique, memorable experiences.
